Try a heading and a paragraph
Start with a 36px heading, 1.3 line height and 0em letter spacing. Replace the sample with your real heading, then try body copy at 18px and 1.6 line height. Compare both at a narrow screen width.

A few useful answers.
Is this font tool free to use?
Yes. This FontReady tool is free to use and does not require a FontReady account. A free tool does not grant a licence to the font you choose; your original font licence still applies.
Is my preview font uploaded?
No. This tester reads the selected file in your browser using the FontFace API. It does not send the font or sample text to FontReady or create a server-side font record.
Can the tester create missing font weights?
No. A browser may simulate a requested weight when that weight is unavailable. For accurate comparisons, load the appropriate static font file or a variable font that supports the weight.
Does the preview confirm language support?
No. Browsers can fall back to another font for missing characters. Inspect the font’s character coverage and test shaping separately before claiming language support.
