Is this font tool free to use?
Yes. This FontReady tool is free to use and does not require a FontReady account. A free tool does not grant a licence to the font you choose; your original font licence still applies.
Is this generated text sent to a server?
No. Text generation, typography previews, clipboard actions and TXT downloads happen in your browser. Optional preview fonts are loaded locally and are not uploaded.
Can I get an exact word or sentence count?
Yes. Word mode returns the selected number of whitespace-separated words; sentence mode returns the selected number of prepared sentences. Paragraph mode creates several sentences per paragraph. Counts describe this tool’s output, not every editor’s counting rules.
Does it generate meaningful Latin or original articles?
No. The Latin is traditional placeholder-style text; the English and pangrams come from prepared local samples. This is a layout tool, not a factual writing service.
Will copying HTML include my font?
No. HTML export contains escaped text in paragraph elements. It does not embed a font, transfer typography settings or install a font on your website.
